Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are shipped during regular business hours. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next available business day.

Example: An order placed on Friday at 1:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, edit order details, or cancel the order. Please carefully review your shipping information and order details before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Address Information

Homuze is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, or unexpected shipping disruptions.
